Orange Cranberry Relish

The time has come.  First of many Thanksgiving installments. 

Ingredients:

1 Medium Orange, quartered with peels. 

12 oz fresh cranberries

1/2 cup of sugar

1 tsp cinnamon

Method: 

Blend orange and cranberries in a food processor until coarsely chopped. Place the mixture into a pan over high heat and boil for ten minutes with sugar and cinnamon.  Remove from heat and serve.
